
Creamy goat's cheese, juicy fruit and tangy mustard make this salad a treat. Have a look at all the rest of Jennifer's recipes.
1. Preheat the grill. Mix together all the dressing ingredients. In a salad bowl, season the mango and kiwi fruit. Place in a bowl and spoon over 3 tbsp of the dressing. Mix well.
2. Grill the cheese on an oiled baking sheet for 4-5 minutes until browned. Place the salad leaves in a bowl, season, add 2 tbsp of the dressing and toss well.
3. Divide salad and grilled cheese between 4 plates. Place 1 tbsp of the mango and kiwi mixture in between the cheese, and serve.
