
Linda's rice pudding is a tasty finisher to any meal
1. Pre-heat oven to 170°c, Gas Mark 3.
2. Place the milk, rice, butter and sugar into a greased oven-proof dish. Place into the oven. Bake for 2-2½ hours.
3. Stir 2 or 3 times during the first hour of cooking.
4. Continue cooking until a golden brown crust has formed. Serve hot or cold.
