This exceedingly simple recipe delivers some delightful results

Ingredients

  • 450g green seedless grapes
  • a little crème de menthe
  • 180ml soured cream
  • soft brown sugar to taste

Method: How to make minted grapes

1. Halve and de-seed the grapes. Divide the grapes equally between the serving glasses. Sprinkle with a little crème de menthe, top with soured cream, sprinkle with brown sugar and serve at once.

2. Garnish with mint leaves.
