Jane Lloyd gives over her Gran's recipe for potty prawns, but will it give her a win in the Cardiff leg of Come Dine With Me.
1. Half fill a ramekin dish with cooked and peeled prawns. Put approximately 1 large tablespoon of double cream over the prawns. Sprinkle a layer of breadcrumbs over the cream. Place a knob of butter and a dusting of paprika on top.
2. Place in a hot oven for approx 10 minutes until top brown and crisp.
