Tanya’s unusual Sri Lankan dessert of faluda provided a departure from the norm in Come Dine With Me. Find out what else went on in Come Dine With Me Kent

Ingredients

  • 397g can condensed milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • A few drops pink food colouring

Method: How to make faluda

1. Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan and stir in 400ml cold water. Heat gently until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

Chef's tip:

Chill this recipe in the fridge until ready to serve

2. Transfer into a clean jug or bottle, cover and chill until required. Drink within 2 days.
