
These pancakes come with lashings of strong orange, cherry and brandy flavours to light up your taste at the finale of your meal.
1. Put orange juice and sugar in frying pan, add zest and reduce to a syrup. Add brandy and Grand Marnier. Place pancakes in syrup cook for 3-4 mins. Flambé optional!
2. Place cherries in a seperate saucepan with syrup before they come up to boil. Turn off heat.
3. Place pancakes on dessert plates, pour syrup over them and add cherries.
