
Get a spicy, green kick from this guacamole dip recipe.
1. In a bowl, using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados until the desired consistency is reached. Add garlic, tomato, lime juice, jalapeno pepper if using, and hot pepper sauce.
2. Mix well and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover and chill. Guacamole is best eaten within a day.
