
Rachel hasn't served up the mythical cleaning creatures coated in chocolate, she's revealed the secret to making this dreamy chocolate dessert
1. Preheat the oven to 170°c/325°f/Gas Mark3.
2. Melt butter and chocolate together.
3. Beat together the eggs and sugar for 2-3 minutes until pale.
4. Add the melted chocolate and mix well, then add the flour, salt, chopped nuts and vanilla. Stir until there are no lumps.
5. Pour the mixture into a 12½ x 8 inches baking tin lined with parchment and bake for 35 minutes until the top looks cracked and flaky.
