
Get your soup on: the perfect orange way to kick off any meal
1. Wash and grate carrots. Add stock with the juice and rind of orange to carrots in a large pan.
2. Slowly bring to the boil and add ginger and coriander. Simmer for 30 mins.
3. When cool, place soup in a blender until smooth. Gently reheat and serve with a swirl of crème fraiche and crusty bread.
