Everyone likes a nice feast on Christmas day but sometimes that's just not enough. Put down that pig in a blanket, pleb, it's time to bling up your roast and dine like royalty

Starter - Lobster and caviar with crisp potatoes

When it comes to canapés, darling, only caviar will do. Celebrate like a celeb with Gordon's lobster and caviar with crisp potatoes recipe. Eaten off diamond plates, obviously.

Main course - Incredible game birds with proper polenta

Why have one bird when you can have nine? That's the 4Food motto. Feast the Italian way this Christmas with this incredible game birds with proper polenta recipe from Jamie Oliver.

Dessert - Christmas ice castle

Carrot cake alone is neither posh nor festive. Transform it into a Christmas ice castle, however, and it's a whole different ball game. Come on p-wincess, you deserve it.

  1. Cavier canapes and fine game birds? I can't wait to get invited to your house for Christmas. Whatever happened to the Christmas Goose? I never had one, do people still do it? I have to admit, the only person I ever heard of having a goose on Christmas was Ebeneezer Scrooge. Any chance of putting up a story on cooking a goose before December. I'd sure like to blow my family's mind on Christmas by bringing a Goose out of the kitchen!
