  1. I like the variant of pigs in blankets (pancetta recipe) I will try that this year. Although I was hoping for a much wider range to feed everybody including the non-coeliacs of the family which they will also enjoy. The recipe's are fairly easy, I've made a Gluten free Christmas Cake by simply switching the flour (Dove's Farm Gluten Free best so far), and it was splendid. Perhaps some canape and finger food alternatives that are not just raw veg or meat etc will encourage partners of Gluten intolerant / Coeliac disease sufferers to try out more online recipes! More inspiration for the latter or complex recipes would be grateful! PS I find it mean to have to exclude them so they have separate meals!

  2. I have a cousin who suffers from Coeliac disease and Christmas is always a trying time of year for her. She rarely joins us for holiday dinner, because of her Gluten-free dietary restrictions. It always makes me a little sad to see her in her chair watching as her parents pass dishes by that she can not enjoy with us. At least now I can forward these recipes to her mother so she can bring along a special dish of her own for sharing with us!

  3. Great Christmas recipes, I just checked out the Christmas cake recipe and it is reasonably easy to carry out the instructions and find all the ingredients and will make a nice change to having source gluten free options in the next couple of months. Thanks Gary
