
Edamame are young soybean pods and, in this simple recipe, they are eaten as a light and healthy snack. Tasty and good for you - go for it!
Serves 4 as a snack
Ready in 10 minutes
Per serving:
47kcals
0.9g fat (0.2g saturated)
3.9g protein
6.4g carbs
1.3g sugar
0.6g salt
1. Cook the edamame in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, then drain. Transfer to a dish and sprinkle with sea salt. Eat the beans warm from the pods with your fingers. Or pop a pod into your mouth and slide along your teeth to eat the beans. Discard the pod.
