The Scots are a hardy bunch, and no wonder, if this cocktail is anything to go by. Invented by the clever people at the Polo Bar, its mixture of whisky, vermouth and blackberries is a delight to knock back
1. Muddle the blackberries before adding other ingredients to shaker.
2. Double strain into a martini glass and add a blackberry to garnish.
