
This is a popular Caribbean Christmas drink from the kitchen of Levi Roots, but its equally delicious at any time of year
1. Put the eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, rum, vanilla essence, Angostura bitters, nutmeg and lemon zest into a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add sugar to taste.
2. Drink straight away or pour into a bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
