If you think normal Kir Royale is good then wait until you match your cassis with Prosecco sparkling wine. It's amazing!

The famous cocktail Kir Royale is just as good when it's made with Prosecco instead of champagne. Simply pour 1/2 teaspoon of crème de cassis into each of 6 tall champagne flutes and top up with chilled Prosecco (1 bottle will serve 6). Serve as an apéritif with the Stilton and sesame biscuits.
