
This hot Caribbean kiss is warm on the lips and stays with you longer than a holiday romance. If sailors had been offered this hot rum cocktail there would have been far fewer mutinies we can tell you.
Serves 2
Takes 10 minutes
1. Heat rum with raisins, marmalade and demerara sugar in a saucepan until the marmalade dissolves.
2. Pour into a wine glass, decorate with a strip of lemon and orange zest and serve
