Banoffee pie cocktail
The mouth watering marriage of banana and toffee was first put together in the 1970s in that hotbed of dessert design - Sussex. It's hard to improve on perfection but we find vodka helps.
Myles uses Jersey top milk as a halfway house between the thickness of cream and the wateriness of milk. Try it for yourself in this banoffee pie cocktail recipe.
