
What's a crusta? It's a peachy, cherry-y, lemony mouthful of fun with a warming dose of cognac
1. Take two saucers, fill one with water and one with sugar. Dip the rim of a small, or 'rocks', glass into the water, and then into the sugar to leave a sugary band around the edge of the glass. Fill the glass with ice
2. Pour the rest of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, and shake well.
3. Strain the ingredients into the glass and garnish with a spiral of lemon peel.
