
Drink like a fashionista with this summery mojito from too-cool-for-school bar, Bistrotheque in London
Serves 1
1. Put all the ingredients except the ice and soda water into a Collins glass.
2. Add the crushed ice and churn with bar spoon.
3. Top up with more crushed ice and soda water.
4. Garnish with sprigs of mint and elderflower.
