A feisty cocktail for those who like their drinks with a bit of a kick the morning after the night before!

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 roasted garlic clove
  • 12.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 12.5ml Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • Freshly pressed Italian tomato juice
  • A dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Chipotle smoked peppers
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 50ml citron vodka
  • Spanish smoked sweet paprika

Method: How to make a bloody Mary

1. Muddle the roast garlic clove, lemon juice, sherry, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, one chipotle smoked pepper and some salt.

2. Shake all the ingredients together, add the vodka and shake gently to blend the flavours.

3. Make a sweet paprika rim on the serving glass and fill with ice.

4. Strain the drink into the glass.
