
Andy Lassetter at Cocoon heats up the kitchen with glorious Wagyu beef cooked over hot rocks for Taste of London. For more, read our interview with Andy.
1. Heat small barbecue rocks to about 150ºC. Place the thinly sliced wagyu beef on top. Combine the sesame oil, soy sauce and mirin and sprinkle with this sesame soy sauce.
2. Sear until done, about 2 minutes on each side.
3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
