
Antionio Carluccio of Carluccio's shows us one of the simplest of seafood dishes at Taste of London
1. Cut the squid into 1cm thick rings. Combine the Parmesan and flour and season. Coat the squid rings in the flour mixture.
2. Heat the oil in a deep fryer and fry the squid in the oil. Deep-fry the squid in the oil for 3-5 minutes or until golden. Drain on kitchen paper.
3. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
