Armanda Walker set up sauce and dressing business Rebori in 2002 after local demand for her homemade recipes.
Based in York, Armanda makes all her creative concoctions from her country kitchen using local ingredients and her grandmother's Italian recipes. It’s local food with Mediterranean flavour.
"They're simple to use," says Armanda, "and can be adapted to go with anything. I can't cook, but I know how to camouflage."
