Yorkshire's finest producers were out on show for the Taste of Leeds festival showcasing a delicious array of local cuisine from beer to balti.
Little Valley Brewery has been brewing organic beer in Upper Calder Valley near Hebden Bridge since 2005. The fresh tasting flavour has won them a host of awards and CAMRA fans and their ginger beer is about to go FairTrade using fairly traded ginger and sugar.
So what’s their secret? According to brewer, Liz Jackson, it's all in the water. "We're right next to the Withens Reservoir," she explains, "where the water is of really good quality. Because these days so much of the beer brewed is water, the quality of that water makes a massive difference."
