4. Watched the series twice! Once byself the other time with the family because it was on earlier. Reall enjoyed it all but would really like to try that Baked Bean recipe please! Could someone send it my kids really wanted to try it.

6. I would just like to say that myself and three friends visited Cody in Wyoming as part of our Harley riding holiday to the states. One of our overnight stops was in Cody itself after riding down from Yellowstone Park earlier that day and we checked into our Super 8 travel lodge then went to Cassies Bar featured in the series and had one of the best nights you could have imagined amongst the local cattle ranchers, eating the lovely beef steaks that Jamie talked about. We were luckier with our weather than Jamie as we hed a warm balmy evening during our stay and we went in late September after the tourist crowds had gone home and the weather had settled down. We did 1500 miles accross 4 states while there, starting in Montana dropping into Wyoming and visiting Yellowstone Park, then on through South Dakota, the Big Horn Mountains into North Dakota Then eventually back into Montana. I can't express in words what a wonderful and memorable time we four guy's had over 8 days Harley Davidson riding but I come to tears most times when I think of just what we did and the lovely people we met. I hope that Jamies series particularly when in Cody gave you a taste of Wyoming life because I have experienced just what he did and I can say that like him it blows your mind. good on ya Jamie for doing this series. 16. I watched the episode last night 15/09/09 can i get the recipe for the stuffed oriental patties jamie filled them with crab but i would like the oriental version was this spiced mince and was the actual pattie just flour and water?

17. For the Cowboy Beans. He fried the onions with a knob of butter for a while until they were a little caramelized. Then he added the tinned tomatoes and Pinto beans (however, Jamie said that you could use any white beans) Then he softened some dried chilli's in some boiling water and roughly chopped them and added them to the pan. Then he added some molasses but said that brown sugar would also work. Cook it slowly in the pan for a couple of hours. Hope that helps???

20. I can't remember but did Jamie add some coffee as well? I came across a more fancy recipe on the "Evening Herault" for cowboy beans - I think it comes from the south of France of all places but it sounds delicious: it's at http://wp.me/pqZEe-Gd

21. The baked bean recipe was:- Pinto Beans Lots of tinned tomatos Red Onion Chopped dried chillies. Left to cook for several hours then eat.
