Ingredients

  • Woodcock, inside a
  • Partridge, inside a
  • Pigeon, inside a
  • Pheasant, inside a
  • Guinea, fowl inside a
  • Mallard, inside a
  • Chicken, inside a
  • Aylesbury Duck, inside a
  • Goose, inside a
  • Turkey

Method: How to make a ten bird roast

All the birds have a stuffing of minced pork, goose fat, herbs and mace inside them as well.

You'll need a good butcher to be able to source all these birds, and your butcher should also be able to give good advice regarding cooking times etc.
