
This blueberry and apple compote is really simple to make - and it does you a power of good!
Serves 4-6
Takes 20 minutes to make, plus chilling and cooling
Per serving:

0.3g fat (no saturated)
0.9g protein
46.3g carbs
29.8g sugar
trace salt
1. Put all the ingredients into a large bowl with 4 tablespoons of water. Microwave on high for 4 minutes and stir. Return to the microwave and cook for 3 more minutes until the fruit is tender. Cool and chill, then eat with yogurt.
