It's been a busy year for the Harcourt-Cooze household. Their first significant cacao crop meant they were finally a step closer to their dream of making the best chocolate in the world.
But harvest was only the first challenge. With the beans bagged and good to go, there was the small task of creating a new product and convincing the Great British public that chocolate is more than a sugary treat; it's also an exciting and delicious condiment.
With the product on the shelves in some of the country's top stores, there's finally a chance for Willie to take a breather and spend some quality time with the family. Just in time for a very chocolatey Christmas.
