Willie gets an email from Waitrose requesting an initial order of 6,000 bars. While Willie's pleased to have them on board, the order is not as big as he would have liked.
"If I'm going to regain some of my initial investment I need to sell hundreds of thousands of bars of chocolate," admits Willie. "That's the reality." So does he have a plan B for getting sales? "You take your kit off and run down Oxford Street covered in truffle mix," says Willie. Let's hope he gets some orders.
Willie's happy his chocolate bar tastes as good as it gets but he wants one more seal of approval before he signs it off. He meets up with old sparring partner and life long friend, Marco Pierre White, to see what the great chef thinks.
"It's delicious, delectable, delightful," enthuses Marco. "We should make a soufflé with this."
