While Willie is convinced his chocolate is the bee's knees, he needs to get out there and spread the word. Where better than one of the most prestigious events of the year, Cartier Polo? "There isn't a better event," says Willie.
The Rhubarb Catering Company is preparing a high class luncheon hosted by a famous London night club, with guests coughing up £500 a pop for a ticket. The caterers have agreed to showcase Willie's chocolate in the dessert course and Willie's getting busy in the kitchen.
The team combines Willie's chocolate with passion fruit as part of a medley of desserts and both the producer and the chef agree it's a winning combination. "The lemongrass pannacotta went beautifully with my chocolate," gushes Willie.
