Perfecting the flavour has to start with the perfect beans and Willie thinks he may have had a break through. He's managed to source some beans in Holland from the same Venezuelan family he was working with before.
He's also sourced some good Peruvian beans from Holland. But while he's happy to have his bean troubles sorted, the whole hiccup has cost him severely in both time and money.
"I'm running at a massive loss at the moment," admits a deflated Willie. And the bean situation means he'll have to slim down his product offering to just two chocolate bars. That is, if he can get any of his antique machinery to do as it's told.
