1. I really want to watch all of this great programme. I saw the first one where he went to Venezuala to get the beans but missed the remainder. I cannot find the rest on 4oD. Can anyone help please. Thanks.

2. absolutely Love the programme. Admire your passion for the finest dark chocolate. i've been looking everywhere for your chocolate but Unfortunately they're out of stock. We would like to taste it, so please make some more, lots and lots more.

3. Is this serious? I don't know if anyone has thought of the practical side of things here. Willie hasn't taken into consideration that has entire setup is a health and safety nightmare. Worryingly the programme for start to finish is really cringe worthy as I work in an industrial lab making chocolate and believe me any of the chocolate that Willie is making in his homemade factory should basically not be sold. I'd love the HSE to examine his setup and then we would see how much pure cacao he would get through! It beggers belief that one of the countries foremost cuisine outlets in Waitrose would buy in bulk from a setup that is a joke to be honest. Well done on bringing the chocolate world to the masses but get a grip as you please justy look at how he makes the gear!

4. If you have a recipe say for a cake - how do you convert the quantities for 75% chocolate for Willie's 100%? And do you have to add extra butter or whatever?

Thank goodness for computers. my husband and I were watching willies programme and just reached the bit where the 3 types were being tasted when horror! horror! our analogue signal was switched off, thank goodness for my computer and being able to catch up on what happenened, so glad willies choc won the day
