Having ditched the idea of outsourcing Willie is forced to push ahead with his factory renovations, meaning more money and more debt. It's time to break the news to Tania and Willie hopes cooking dinner will soften the blow.
The anxious hubby rustles up some cacao stuffed chicken breasts by frying onions, peppers, cacao and chilli in pan before blitzing them together with some olives in a blender and stuffing them into small pockets in two chicken breasts. Willie then fries the breasts skin side down for about 20 minutes and seasons with a little oregano. They look delicious but will they do the trick?
Tania is worried. "It involves renovating the whole factory," she exclaims aghast. "I don't know how you think you can do that." But Willie is confident he can win her round. "The signs are definitely good," he winks.
