Neil, the head chef at Marco's restaurant, The Yew Tree, cooks Willie's cacao with venison, port, vinegar de framboise, and cream.

"That's how I see it," says Willie, "as an ingredient, you just use a little of."

Neil is impressed with the flavour.

I love your show, Willy (altho I'd prefer to call you William or Bill!) My one big beef is that your website doesn't highlight and show your recipes! I want to make your chocolate cake that won your best friend so many women! Not that I want to win women!
