Marco loves the cacao and wants Willie to spend time with his chefs, sharing his knowledge about the product.

Marco and Willie go back a long way and the chef admits he often gets frustrated by his friend's chocolate mania.

"But that's Willie," he says, exasperated. "I've listened to chocolate stories for the last 10 years."
