For Willie to succeed he needs to elevate chocolate from the realms of sweet treat to a serious ingredient used in all types of cooking. He's hoping that this perception shift will allow him to ride the wave of current interest in food and cooking.

To further his cause Willie needs the help of top level chefs and they don't come much more successful than one of Willie's oldest friends - Marco Pierre-White.
