With 3000 orders in the bag, a healthy crop of beans safely stored and a set of fully-functioning machines it's time to celebrate. For Willie, this means cooking up a feast.

Willie treats family and friends to a slap up supper of chocolate-basted partridge.

It's been a long journey and it's not over yet but Willie's dreams of creating the world's finest 100 per cent chocolate may finally be in sight.

I love your show, Willy (altho I'd prefer to call you William or Bill!) My one big beef is that your website doesn't highlight and show your recipes! I want to make your chocolate cake that won your best friend so many women! Not that I want to win women!
