Working with chocolate entrepreneur and old pal Petra, Willie cooks up a hot chocolate with chilli, nutmeg, vanilla and cacao to try out on the British public.

"Woah! There's no messing around with that baby." Says Petra. "It's kind of revolting," she admits, "but it's also dazzling."
