One of the biggest challenges facing Willie and Tania is convincing the stores and the public that chocolate can be used as a cooking ingredient in sweet and savoury dishes. It's a difficult idea to sell to a nation that loves its chocolate bars.
Willie has lined up a meeting with London department store, Selfridges, to try and encourage them to stock his Venezuelan Black chocolate. This is a decisive moment for Willie's company and for the whole family.
