Willie meets his maker
Willie is confident that his cacao is good enough to win William over. He's right.
Even at this early stage in its processing, before it has been refined to make it smoother, the 100 per cent cacao is tasty enough to impress William.
But it's not all good news. The end result is still not smooth enough to be usable by high end confectioners like William. William's also worried that the market might not be ready for a product as different as Willie's cacao.
