The reaction from shoppers at the farmers' market has been a huge boost for Willie and the family. This has been the first time that they have taste tested their chocolate with the public. Although the response has been positive from experts, Willie knows that, to be a success, his chocolate has to be popular with punters.
Best of all the farmers' market shoppers seemed to understand the concept of Venezuelan Black, something that chocolatier William and department store Selfridges worried would be difficult to achieve.
