Clasping a home made cloud forest chocolate cake Willie sets off for his Selfridges meeting.

Seduced by the cake and Willie's high quality chocolate the Selfridges buyer is keen to get Venezuelan Black into the food hall. But he is still concerned that it is going to be a big challenge spreading the message about cooking with chocolate to the public.

Willie is on a high after the Selfridges meeting. This has been a huge success and his first step to fulfilling his dream of making and selling the best chocolate in the world.
