The Venezuelan harvest was a success and Willie's premium cacao beans are on their way back to the UK. Now it's onto the second step - getting the 100 per cent chocolate to market.
This is no small challenge. Willie has to convince stockists to take on his product and share his belief that chocolate can make a commercial impact as a cookery ingredient.
The whole family pull together to get their chocolate treats out of the kitchen and into the stores.
