Willie has brought his whole family to Venezuela for a month, to oversee the harvest, drying and fermentation process.
To ensure the harvest meets his high standards he processes and tastes the cocao on the hacienda. Only by tasting the 100 per cent chocolate here will Willie know whether the quality of his beans is as high as he hopes.
The machinery might not look very high tech but these are the same processes that Willie will use in his factory in Devon.
