The Hacienda family
Willie and Tania found their chocolate farm, 11 years ago, on their honeymoon. It covers 1000 acres of rainforest and produces one of the finest types of cocao bean in the world.
They've built a community of workers who look after the hacienda when Willie and Tania are in the UK. Some of the farmers have been working on the farm since they were children.
"We're like a big old family" chirps Willie.
