Willie Harcourt-Cooze has a mission to grow and produce his own chocolate from bean to bar. It's harvest time and Willie takes his family to Venezuela to oversee their first major harvest. But is the crop good enough to get their chocolate business off the ground?

Even with this year's bumper harvest Willie hasn't got enough beans to satisfy his ambition for commercial sales.

He'll also need to source beans from other areas to give a taste variation to his chocolate. In total he needs 75 per cent more beans than his farm can produce. So it's off into the Venezuelan jungle in search of more beans.
