The River Cottagers will have to work for their reward, as Hugh rounds up the boys for the final forage. Gill and Hugh hit the hedgerows, while John takes Steven across the border to Cornwall in search of seafood.
"I haven't got my passport," jokes Steven.
Never mind that - who's got the map?
It pays to be cautious with foraged finds. Hugh gathers some mushrooms that John identifies as toxic and it takes an expert eye to tell wild parsnip from its deadly cousin.
"Hemlock water dropwort will finish you off in three hours, flat," warns John.
