Not satisfied with one species of vermin on the menu, Hugh's in search of another - this time it's an aquatic pest - grayling.
"They're not easy to catch," warns Hugh, "but they do enjoy a mouthful of maggots."
Don't we all?
If there's one game Hugh's great at it's the waiting game. Which is handy because the grayling is proving quite elusive. As dusk draws in, he finally nets 'his lady of the stream'. And, despite the driving rain, makes a bank-side banquet of smoked grayling.
