It's veggie time. The Canteen's packed to the rafters with hungry punters ready to wolf down Hugh's meat-less feast. Even veg-fearing Bristol farmers, Bob and Mandy Swainger, are tucking into pearled spelt risotto and curried butternut squash.
And just in the nick of time, here comes Dan with his 60 rockin' rolls, fresh from the oven, to go with Hugh's half-garden soup.
With a restaurant full of happy diners, Hugh manages to slip away for some alone time with his new vegetable best friend - the cauliflower.
