Hugh might be all cosy in the kitchen, but there are no home comforts when he takes to the seas in search of bream. It's a delicious but underrated fish and Hugh thinks we're missing a trick.
Everyone loves a cook-off and Hugh's challenging the locals, pitting sea bream against the every trendy (and ever pricey) bass. None of them have ever tasted bream but the tasty fish split the crowd. Until Hugh mentions the cost, that is. With everyone watching their pennies, the wallet pleasing bream is the dish of the day.
